The episode opens with a heated discussion between Qudsiya and Haji, Qudsiya demanding answers and Haji uncomfortably trying to explain that letting Noori go was the best decision.
In next scene, Sahir finds out about Noori’s arrest and immediately changes plans to fly from Karachi instead of Lahore, clearly unwilling to keep any ties with Noori.
Shoka reveals his true plans for Noori that he will use her to steal jewellery and make money. In the middle of the night, Bhola who’s tired of staying home; and Noori who wants to run away from Shoka and his manipulating ways; run away and the song ‘shala’ plays in the background.
Noori reaches Sahir’s house just in time but he flatly refuses to marry her.
Life has come full circle since episode 1. Noori is hiding from the police and escaping on the train.
Bhola and Noori are both on the run. I am holding my breath until the next episode to see what happens.
Side Note
Noori asks two strangers for Sahir’s address. One of them, Omer Darr had played Ushna Shah’s spoilt brother in Lashkara. I think he plays negative characters really well.
