The episode opens with Nusrat and Sahir talking about Noori. 

Noori continues to trick Bhola to get angry but the medicines are not working as they expect. It looks like Bhola’s will power is stronger than the medicines. 

Bhola eventually succumbs to Noori’s instigations and hits her, breaking her arm. 

Everybody is showing their true colours.
