Plot Summary & Review

Sunehri asks for a little time. What is going to change now? The dates are fixed.

Aliya comes to see Sunehri, to rub salt on her wounds, so to speak.

The groom’s side suddenly ask for 15 lakh rupees. Shahabuddin suggests that Khaleda give their house papers to the groom. The papers are mortgaged and that family is out on Umrah. (Awnnn, memories)

Thank goodness, the house is safe, at least. Sunehri loses her calm. The groom’s mother says: “Baraat nahin aayegi.”

Now, what? 

Just like I predicted, he has planned all this to marry Sunehri.

Rushtey wali aunty is a puppet, too and she suggests that Shahabuddin should marry Sunehri. She pressurizes Khaleda for the same and Khaleda agrees.
