PLOT SUMMARY & COMMENTARY
After her encounter with Shah near school, Aashi remembers the torture she has been through. Shumaila and Iram taunt Kashf for not meeting Wajdan. That’s enough drama, right?
No. Dilshad loses some money she had saved and also loses her mind and begins to taunt Kashf – why don’t you help? why don’t you take a job? Why don’t you dream something about your family?
Then Aashi announces that she has lost her job. Now, Kashf has nowhere to go.
Dilshad takes up a maid’s job. Look at her walk when she comes back home.
It is Thursday. And Kashf joins the aastana. Her first sawali? Wajdan. Uff! Kashf refuses to give taweez and insists that people should offer prayers. Shah cannot tolerate this so he forces her to do the business like he does.
As one would have expected, Shah cheats and doesn’t give any money to Imtiaz. On the way back, Kashf sees posters and pamphlets that market her as a “bibi”.
Seeing Wajdan’s ishq, Rasheda requests Imtiaz one more time. Imtiaz offers her to return money he owes but Kashf marrying Wajdan…ain’t gonna happen.
There is too much drama but I am still curious to see what next episode brings, especially that scene when Kashf will give money to her family. Remember that dream?
The winning performance is still by Waseem Abbas’s spineless Imtiaz.
