Cedah wants to blame Kerim that since he is busy wooing Ayse, employees have no motivation to work. Mushin seems high and gives 25% hike instead of proposed 8%.
Volkan is trying to befriend Riza. In other words, he is trying to instigate Riza.

We know how that will go. Riza will lose his temper, as usual. And they end up in a cell.
Why? Because Kerim wants to tell his side of the story.

Riza forgives Kerim. Conditionally!
That Kerim should give up his family and his business. The duo fights again because Ayse thinks that Kerim should have agreed. Ayse comes as an annoying and unreasonable.
The lawyer comes there. And both say:
I want a divorce.
