Alright, let’s begin the review of the latest episode of Sabaat (episode 26). It aired on October 11, 2020.

Anaya and Bushra are back home, still worried about the financial aspects. The conversation between the daughter-mother duo sounds a bit like Kashf Mirtaza and her mother from Zindagi Gulzar Hai. Bushra tells Anaya that they would try to be cheerful for sake of Aziz and Anaya’s unborn child. That night, when they sleep, both think of how they would manage their finances. Brilliant performance by Bushra.

True to a contemporary story, Anaya plans to become an entrepreneur. She decides to start a baking business with online shop. Brilliant idea!

Meeral talks to Hassan. Citing her own life, she tells him to divorce Anaya and move on. She does file for divorce only to teach Haris a lesson. Usman had nailed the scene when he receives the scene. The art of weeping without tears, wow!

Haris’ friend and colleague Murad offers to talk to Meeral and desperate Haris lets him. Meeral humiliates him and Murad sees what Haris had been dealing with so long. Poor chap!

Anaya’s business takes off with help from Bushra and her three loyal friends. She decides to quit once she has enough money and the very day delivers a baby boy. Bushra names him Ibrahim.

And Meeral has another illusion in her head – that Anaya would use the baby as a tool. Will this woman ever stop at anything? I think I know her condition: it’s schizophrenia mixed with arrogance.

Tired of Meeral but I know selfish people like that in real life.

So long!
