Book Review: AURAT, MARD AUR MAIN By Umera Ahmed

Conveying a pretty serious message in a very simple style, Aurat Mard aur Main (English: Woman, Man and I) is a very intelligently written and thoughtful story told from three perspectives; a woman’s, a man’s and the third, the devil’s.
It has been published in Darbar-e-Dil.

This was a digitized pdf read. This is one of those stories that I read after joining GR. I wanted to read everything Umera has written. I read ’em all but did not get to review in details. So, here goes.
Aurat, Mard aur Main is a stroke of brilliance.

The story is narrated from three different point of views. I can’t write a single word without spoiling it for readers. But rest assured, the third POV will blow your mind.

Read it to be amazed and to find out who is ‘Main’ in the title.

I will meet you in another review.
