Ehraam-e-Junoon Episode 5 Written Update & Review

So, we have already seen that Shayan has gotten a great job with a hefty pay and enviable incentives, thanks to Shanzay. His family is thrilled, and Sajeela is back to being normal. It’s only Shayan who doesn’t seem as happy.

Shanzay doesn’t waste much time in showing her intentions. She first asks Shayan to go out for lunch, then she brings a lot of gifts to his house and hands them to Jugnu. While Shayan is pissed at this, Jugnu is excited that Shayan has such a “kind” boss.

Later, Shanzay and Shayan do go out for dinner. As luck would have it, Ramla and Faiq also come to the same restaurant. Ramla asks if, you know, Shayan is the special one. Shayan is visibly uncomfortable but Shanzay reaches out, holds Shayan’s hand and smiles.

Shanzay: Yes!

Shayan gets up and storms out of the restaurant.

Review

I liked this episode. This drama in general is so fast paced; it doesn’t allow a moment of boredom.
Imran Abbas is one of those people who don’t age, AT ALL. I mean, I checked the clips from Akbari Asghari, then Mera Naseeb, and then Amanat, and now… He hasn’t changed one bit. If anything, he looks smarter now.

Neelum and Nimra also look ravishing, Nimra moreso than Neelum, with her curly hair and smug smile. Neelum is just as pretty, it’s just that her character has a perpetual stoic expression, and that looks a bit odd. There is Adi Khan who looks even handsomer now that he has lost some more weight. And then there is lovely Ismat Zaidi; I just gakwed at her long braid. Now that my hair length is no longer knee length, I envy women with long neat braid.

And that’s all I have to say about this episode. How did others like this episode?
