Hum Dono Episode 4 Written Update and Review

Assalam-o-Alaikum, my dear readers!

I hope this post finds you all in good health and high spirits.

Today, I’m here to review the latest episode of the drama serial “Hum Dono”.

The Fight

As we saw in the previous episodes, Mahi and Omer are portrayed as a seemingly happy and content married couple, and in each episode we witnessed cracks in their relationship.

In this episode, we see Mahi and Omer still fighting about Mahi’s earlier comment:

“Get serious, Omer!”

Mahi says something, Omer misinterprets it, and retaliates. Then, Mahi misinterprets the words… Their fight was interesting to watch.

Their argument over a simple remark made by Mahi showed how typically we misunderstand other’s words in an argument. It was interesting to see how the drama highlighted this issue and how it can lead to misunderstandings and hurt feelings. It’s something that happens in real-life situations as well, and the way it was portrayed in the drama was very relatable.

The Unannounced Guest

The argument is interrupted by an unannounced guest-Omer’s dadi. Now, Mahi and Omer must hide the baby from Dadi. This leads to a lot of confusion with Dadi. I found this scene to be quite interesting and well-executed. Mahi and Omer were clearly in a tough spot with Dadi’s sudden arrival (and their argument before), and yet their attempts to hide the baby from their guest were both hilarious and heartwarming.

The Lies

Dadi eventually sees the baby. This time, Mahi lies again and tells that the baby is their maid’s. Shabana is iniitally reluctant, and not comfortable with that idea of pretending to be a mother days after her marriage. Gulrez, howeveragreed to keep the baby in their bedroom.

Review

This episode also ended with sketches of key scenes from the episode. I loved it.

Overall, though, I feel that this was a strong episode of “Hum Dono”. The show continues to be engaging and entertaining, and I look forward to seeing what happens next. I’m hoping Palwasha’s mother would come back and take the baby away.

That’s all for now. Thank you for reading and stay tuned for more reviews from me!
