Introduction
Tere Bin is a new drama on HAR PAL GEO (Well, it’s not that new). Here’s a snippet from Geo’s official YouTube channel.
Meerab is an ambitious and beautiful young girl who wants to pursue higher studies. Her entire world revolves around her parents and she believes in them the most. Her strong and confident personality makes her stand against social injustices around her.
On the contrary, Murtasim hails from a powerful and influential family. He respects and values the morals and traditions of his family and refuses to let the family down.
Meerab’s life takes an unexpected turn when she finds out about her family’s decision regarding her and Murtasim’s life. Meerab’s hatred towards Murtasim continues to grow as a family secret from the past resurfaces. Coming from different backgrounds and mindsets, Murtasim begins to realize Meerab’s arrogant behaviour towards him and begins to consider her a challenge for himself. On the other hand, Meerab who is used to living her life on her own terms refuses to accept Murtasim’s family traditions and unnecessary social barriers.
Soon their lives go through a series of emotional sufferings and misunderstandings where it becomes difficult for them to coexist. Despite their hatred towards each other, will Meerab and Murtasim accept their true feelings or will the dynamics of ego and self-respect force them to stay apart?

Tere Bin Episode 44 Written Update and Review
Assalam Alaikum dear readers,
Maryam’s nikaah is done, and now she’s being asked to ready for rukhsati. Maryam puts a condition that she will never do rukhsati unless Meerub is home. Nice tête-à-tête.
“Lock the doors, Ma Begum. Who knows ? I might run away alone this time,” Maryam says.
Maryam has lost everything. She has nothing to lose now and has gotten a fierce spirit into her. Whether it’s talking to her mother or teasing Haya that the latter will never be successful in getting Murtasim.
Waqas comes to talk to Salma Begum, as Meerub’s lawyer.
Waqas calls in Maryam for interrogation, and the court’s proceedings begin.
Waqas: Did Meerub introduce you to Malik Zubair?
Maryam: No.
Waqas: How long have you known Malik Zubair?
Maryam: 8 months.
Waqas: How did Meerub know?
Maryam: Malik Zubair used to come home, at night.
Waqas: why did Meerub help you?
Maryam: because I had forced Meerub to promise to help me.
Maryam ends up telling about her previous attempt of eloping, that Meerub never encouraged her to run away.
This questioning was only to clarify Meerub’s name. Everyone else was convinced but I still have a question. Meerub iss hadh tak kyu badh gayi? Murtasim ko kyu nahin bataya?
Waqas then goes on to lecture Salma Begum that she never showed any faith in Maryam, and then he praised his own tarbiyat of how well he has raised Meerub. Sorry chacha, I don’t agree with you on that. Meerub ne bahot ghaltiyan ki hain. Rohail wala case bhool gaye?
Once Waqas leaves, even Anwar Khan sees this as a perfect opportunity to blame everything on Salma Begum. Murtasim only glares at his mother before walking out while Salma Begum sits down in defeat.
Farhan Aly Agha stole the show and carried this episode solely on his able shoulders while others only looked on.
And now we begrudgingly wait for the next week.
