This book is transliteration of Umera Ahmed’s masterpiece Peer-e-Kaamil WITHOUT HER PERMISSION.
This is only for those readers who understand Urdu but can’t read it. On Goodreads, some people asked meabout Roman transliteration of Peer-e-Kamil. I couldn’t find it, so I made a mental note to try and make it available to others for free when I get time. Then I forgot about it because I never get time.
And this morning, I got this book. Some kind soul had enough time to transliterate, print, and spiral bind and bring it home.
Anyone interested in reading the roman version can borrow from me.

“Imama aapa, aap Lahore kab jayengi?” Wo apnenotes ko dekhte hue chaunki. Usne sar uthakar saadko dekha, wo ab cycle ki ra”aar ko bilkul aahista kiyeUske gird chakkar laga raha tha.
“Kal, kyu, tum kyu pooch rahe ho? “Imama ne apnifile band karte hue kaha.
“Jab aap chali jati hain to me aapko bht miss kartahu.” Wo bola
“Kyu”Imama ne muskurate hue poocha.
“Kyuki aap mujhe bht achhi lagti hain, aur aap mereliye bht se khilone lati hain aur aap mujhe sairkaraane le jati hain aur aap mere saath khelti hainisliye” Usne tafseeli jawab diya.
“Aap mujhe apne saath Lahore nahi le ja sakti? “Imama andaaza nahi kar saki. Ye tajweez thi ya sawal.
“Me kaise le jaa sakti hu, me to khud hostel me rehtihu, tum kaise rahoge wahan.”Imama ne jawab diya.
Saad cycle chalate hue kuch sochne laga. Phir usnekaha
“To phir aap jaldi yahan aaya karein”
“Achha jaldi aaya karoongi”Imama ne muskuratehue kaha.
“Tum esa kiya karo ki mujhse phone par baat kar liyakaro. Me phone kiya karoongi tumhe”
“Haan, ye theek hai” Saad ko uski tajweez pasandaayi. Cycle ki ra”aar me izafa karte hue wo lawn kelambe lambe chakkar kaatne laga. Imama bedihaanike aalam me use dekhne lagi.
Wo uska bhai nahi tha. 10 saala Saad 5 saal pehleunke ghar aaya tha. Kahan se aaya tha? Wo nahijaanti thi. Kyuki us waqt usko is baare me koi tajassusnahi hua tha. Magar kyu laya gaya tha, ye wo achhitarah jaanti thi. Saad ab 10 saal ka tha aur ab wo gharme ghul mil gaya tha. Imama se sabse zyadamaanoos tha. Imama ko aksar uspar taras aata.Tars ki wajah, uska lawaris hona nahi tha, balki uskamustaqbil tha. Uske 2 chacha aur 1 taya ke ghar bhius waqt usi ki tarah godh liye hue bachhe pal rahethey. Unke mustaqbil pe bhi tars khane pe majboorthi.
File haath me liye lawn me ghoomte Saad pe nazreinjamaye wo kisi gehri soch me doobi hui thi. Usedekhte hue wo is tarah ki soch me doob jaati thi.Magar uske paas koi hal nahi tha. Wo isliye ki kuchnahi kar sakti thi.
