The Mission

For some reason, I found this episode very very funny. On one hand, there is Sar Buland telling Rabiya and Gul Zaman to be very very careful and keep an eye on everybody. on the other side we have Sohrab, who asks Zargoon to keep an eye on everybody. Sab detective ho rakhe hain.

I liked how confidently Gul Zaman lied to Sohrab, and that Rabiya said the same things to Bibi Jaan. Their stories are straight, at least that’s smart.

Sohrab is getting desperate and extreme now, orders killing Sar Buland. Yeah, right.

The Romance?

Question mark because I fail to feel it.

First of all, Sar Buland saying: chai toh kadak hoti hai, referring to electric kettle ki chai wouldn’t be as good, was so relatable.

Since Sar Buland is kinda on self-imposed room-arrest, he and Rabiya spend plenty of time together. And we have an abundance of sweet moments; love some, hate some, not gonna lie. For some reason, an aging voice kept screaming in my head: Arey widhwa aurat hai woh.

I know, right? Who says widhwa? I’m usually not the one to use proper Hindi language (or proper any language for that matter; mine is a an amalgamation of all the words I know, irrespective of the origin of that word). Anyhow… I also know it was wrong of me to think this way that Rabiya shouldn’t be so… friendly, for lack of a better word, with Sar Buland because she’s a widow because Islam encourages the widower to remarry etc but just something about those scenes made me uncomfortable. I know some younger viewers have immensely loved the scene. I guess what I’m trying to say is that I’m too old?

Moving on.

Gul Mehr

Darya Khan, one of the people who attacked Sherdil, was killed by Zafran Khan, right, upon learning that Sherdil and gang weren’t killed by Torsam’s people. Darya Khan’s wife comes to see Gul Mehr to seek insaaf. Long story short, Gul Mehr tells Torsam and Torsam learns this firsthand from Darya Khan’s wife. We see him fuming.

Is he going to confront Zafran Khan? Probably?

Is Zafran Khan going to admit what he did? Most certainly NOT.

I think it was unwise on Gul Mehr’s part to openly blame Zafran Khan. Doesn’t she know how dangerous her Chacha is? Kahe panga le rahi hai?

Zumarth is not giving up Shirin’s name. Shirin is nosying around but she’s also…ahem…not feeling well. Now we wait: does Rabiya find out about Shirin first or Shirin sees Sar Buland in Rabiya’s room first?
