When I posted my first BookChor book haul, I knew I WOULD come back.

Coming back, I wanted to use expand my mini library, the idea is to open it for people some day, and spread the love of reading. I asked my brother to order it this time because I find it out of comfort zone to coordinate with people.

Discount: Rs 100 (First-time buyer discount for my brother)

Total to Pay: 547 Rs 10 for POD because I don’t like expensive experiments

Promised vs Real

This lot was a balanced mix of “Good” and “Readable”. But are they they what they are saying they are? Let’s check out.

The Parcel? Not as big as I had hoped.

First Glimpse? Amazing, tempting.

Up close, the stack looked like this:

The Second BookChor Experience

Final Thoughts

I’m beginning to like this store. As I said before, it’s like walking down a virtual book street that sells preloved books for 10/20 bucks, and then paying for shipping.

I hate stepping out of the house, and even if I go to the nearest place for buying novels, the round trip will cost me almost the same amount I’m paying for these books. Going out, choosing books, bargaining for the price would be quite an experience, an experience I’m very very reluctant to conduct. So, we’re sticking to online bookstores and Bookchor is definitely one of them. If you haven’t already, check is out, use my reference code: HBJGEAJ and you’ll get 50 rupees, for which you can purchase one preloved book at least.

Until next time, happy reading!
