Version 1
- Mufti Sahab arrives at Gauhar’s house.
- Now, Tabish is on his way to see who the deceased woman is. He calls his old friend Hafiz (from old mohalla) for help, friend he has abandoned since he got rich.
- Tabish has several flashbacks, through which we learns how the relationship started, had no prospects initially and ended with happy tears in Tabish’s eyes. Ahsan Khan, gorgeous!
- And then the scene cuts to older version of Ahsan Khan weeping. Terrific acting, matlab 11/10 acting, too freaking good. And superb styling contrast, and cutting the scene on the same actor, with the same emotions, with age difference? master stroke.
- I still can’t live with you, Beena.
- With Hafiz, he reminisces and then they see the deceased woman. Not Beena, obviously. We see too many scenes in the teaser that show Beena alive. Come on.
- The Chaudhary arrives at Gauhar’s house, and learns about Beena missing, and the “situation”. Gauhar insists that Tabish should come and marry Naaz at least. Chaudhary calls Tabish, Tabish wants to meet Chaudhary.
- Just after talking to Chaudhary, Tabish gets another call. Beena’s voice saying: Tabish mujhe tum se talaq chahiye.
