Zanjeerain Episode 32 Written Update and Review
So, we see the same scene again. Shirin begs Sohrab Khan.
Shirin: Khan, mujh se shaadi kar lein.
Sohrab Khan: bhuggggg.
~
Gul Mehr tells Torsam about the plan: Zafran Khan is meeting Sohrab Khan. Torsam is appropriately infuriated.
Gul Mehr: Tumhari jaan mujhe bahot aziz hai Torsam, koi ghalti mat karna.
~
Sar Buland Khan meets Zumard.
“Shirin ne sab sach bata diya hai. Ab tum bhi sach bol do.”
Zumarth speaks, and reveals many things that we already know.
“Ek aur kaam kar do toh tum azaad ho.”
Of course, we don’t hear the “plan”.

The same place Shirin and Sohrab used to meet, Shirin stands there and reminisces how “it” all started, how and when Sohrab Khan promised to marry her.
And the scene cuts when she turns to look back. Very well done.
~
Zafran Khan and Sohrab Khan meet. The symmetry of the convoy arriving the people jumping off, opening the door etc was so smooth.
Sohrab Khan: I don’t want to talk.
Zafran Khan: Just wanted to ask, who killed Sherdil Khan?
Raza Ali Abid and Adnan Siddiqui both at his best. Sohrab Khan’s anxiety, and her restless left hand and Zafran’s smirk when Sohrab leaves… Very nuanced scenes. Also, some fine writing.

Zarmala tells Sar Buland about Shirin. He tells her what he learned at the hujra. And all could think about was what Rabiya said.
“Shirin ki harkatein dekhte hute…yeh mumkin bhi ho sakta hai.”
It made me ask: “Yeh mumkin bhi ho sakta hai.” is that the right sentence? Or “Yeh mumkin bhi hai.”
Mumkin ka matlab hi hai ki “is ka imkaan hai”, yaani “ho sakta hai”. I know… I nitpick. Guilty as charged.
~
Zargoon asks Sohrab Khan if he’d consider Zafran Khan’s offer. Sohrab says:
Jung mein bahot kuch khoya hai, ab pichhe nahin hat sakta.
~
Sar Buland is ready to tell Bibi Jaan everything.
Uss jagah hara hoon jahan harne ka tasawwur bhi nahin kar sakta thha.
I didn’t like that the last episode teaser showed Bibi Jaan’s wailing face, and this episode did the same, but the scene didn’t happen. If this was a choice by the makers, very poor choice. If it was because of where I’m watching the episodes, shame on them.
Salaam!
