Alright, so it’s time to meet the cast and characters of upcoming Hum TV drama Badshah Begum.

Written by Saji gul and directed by Khizer Idrees, this drama is Rafay Rashdi and Momina Duraid production.

Farhaan Saeed as Pir Shahzeb

The badass hero, the Michael Corleone if you will. I have only ever seen him in Suno Chanda and Suno Chanda 2. And I’m currently hoping to see more of him as Hamza Raees in Mere Humsafar. In both those dramas, he is a sweet person. But he sure has a swag to play this Pir. From “Ab toh aadat” of Jal to Pir Shahzeb, he has come a long way.

Yasir Hussain as Pir Qaisar

 

Yasir’s look reminds me of his negative character from Baandi (that featured Aiman Khan and Muneeb Butt as well). I only saw one episode of that drama. This one looks like Yasir he is reviving his own character. Variety much?

Zara Noor Abbas Siddiqui as Jahan Ara

I liked her performance in Ehd-e-Wafa as Rani (although she was loud), and her over-dramatic Feroza Jahan in Deewar-e-Shab. I’m not convinced that she can play a powerful Pirni, but let’s give her a chance.
