Liam has spent his school career feeling misunderstood. With a hard outer shell, he spends his days in detention and getting into trouble. But he knows that he needs to improve his reputation in order to graduate. And what better way to do that than asking out the new girl?Liam asks Rosie to form an alliance and pretend to be his girlfriend. For her, it’s a chance at being the one thing she wasn’t at her old school: popular. And for him, it’s a way to gain the trust and admiration of his teachers. But what begins as a simple arrangement becomes something much more complicated…

As the first in its series, MJ Ray’s “Meet Me at the Bus Stop” serves as a lovely and exciting introduction to charismatic characters and an intriguing story. For those looking for a sweet young adult romance, this is the perfect novel.

Book 1 in The Arrowsmith High series. Can be read as standalone. A sweet Young Adult novel suitable for ages 13 to any age!

Author’s Profile

I live in the Northwest of England with my husband and two children.

In between working part time as a childminder (until I get published of course!), and caring for my children and providing taxi duties I somehow find time to write. My ambition was always to write and I’m so happy that I’m finally getting a chance to do that.

I write YA sweet and hopefully contemporary romance sweet, where I get to create my dream man time and time again, and he gets to be different every time. I am lucky to have a real life perfect man at home that doesn’t mind sharing me when I’m writing.

I hope you enjoy my books, as the ideas just keep coming there will be many more!

Plot Summary & Review

Rosie is the perfect “good girl”, and has a past that she dreads.

Liam is the perfect example of “bad boy”, and has a troubling present.

They meet at the bus stop, doh *rolling eyes*

Liam offers to show Rosie around in exchange of being his fake girlfriend to improve his grades and his image. But we all know… Fake dating never ends at that…

“Meet Me At the Bus Stop” is a sweet and clean YA romance. I liked the fast-paced story. But the formatting is awful!
