Fairy Tale Episode 28 Written Update & Review

Assalam Alaikum, , my dear readers! It’s time for another update and review of the latest episode of Fairytale. Without much further ado, let’s get started.

Farjad advocates for the rebels

This episode starts the closure part of the story. Farjad sits down with Kamal Pasha and talks to him.

“Don’t be so strict and start trusting them so they don’t lie to you,” Farjad says.

Wait, is he trying to say that Ummeed lies incessantly because Kamal Pasha is too strict? I don’t necessarily buy that argument, but that line alone calms down Kamal Pasha so… I guess it works, MOSTLY.

Farjad and Ummeed’s phone call

Farjad: aap ka munh nahin jalta?

Ummeed: nahin kyunki main angarey nahin chabati

Farjad: morchein to chabati hain na

The next day, Ummeed and Haya go to bank. On the way back, Farjad stops them. He waves at Ummeed, and then…

“Milna hai 2 minute,” Farjad says.

 

I have never heard such romantic words. Am I silly or what?

And then they plan to go out for lunch, together. Awnnn!

The final straw

And then the moment that I had been waiting for ever since Ummeed won the gameshow. I mean, she was first duped of her money that she invested.  But now, the goons take away the money that Ummeed withdrew from the bank.

Yeh huyi na baat!

I hope now Ummeed calms down a bit.

AK & Mimi

We also see a little bit of AK in his signature style.

Kaise mumkin thha kisi dawa se ilaaj ghalib

ishq ka roag thha, uske abba ki daant se hi aram aaya

Mimi is so positively excited about AK being single again. she suggests that they go to attend her friend’s wedding.

Na chand rahenge na tarey rahenge

kya hum saari umr kanware rahenge?

roz hote hain hazaron nikah duniya mein

hamari qismat mein sirf chhohare rahenge?

She even hints that she likes AK.

“I enjoy your company anyway,” Mimi says.

But, AK is so dumb. He just doesn’t get a hint.

Ummeed’s Downfall

Ummeed has to adjust without luxuries, Guddi leaves the house, Raju also leaves the job. In short, Ummeed is learning to life the “regular” way.

The “Date”

The episode ends as Farjad and Ummeed finally meet for a lunch. It was ncie to see that Farjad didn’t start singing the love song. Instead, he tells Ummeed to be more responsible. Now, that’s the kinda hero I like.
