Fairy Tale Episode 4 Written Update & Review

Ummeed’s tickets are booked and she is all set to go to Islamabad for the gameshow. I like that despite all her annoying antics, Ummeed still talks to her father before leaving for the airport.

I loved the way Farjad’s mother treats Mahek. She has given Mahek a makeover and asked her , but Mahek is super-excited and tends to be hyper, something Farjad frowns upon. Farjad gets rid of Mahek and lives at a different hotel. Imagine who else is staying at the same hotel?

Ummeed, that’s who!

Ummeed’s first run-in at Islamabad is with AK. AK flirts with Ummeed as usual. I like AK’s choice of poetry, like it or not. And then.

Later, Ummeed bumps into Farjad. She assumes that Farjad is following her, so she gives her mother’s wristwatch as a “guarantee”. Farjad’s expressions were so spot-on when he sees Ummeed in the next room.

Lastly, the contest begins. From Ummeed’s selection from the audience, to the little contest of stepping on even numbers only, to Ummeed’s selection for the final round; it was all so much fun. Farjad’s reaction from the producer’s room was cherry on top.

Review

Hamza Sohail has amazing comic timing. Shar Khan also surprises me in this episode. I didn’t want to scratch her face in this episode. It is, however, hAli Safina The family slo-mo waving at Ummed was so much fun. I didn’t like this drama initially, but this drama is growing on me.

So, what does this drama have in store? We will have to wait and see.
