Ishq Murshid Episode 5 Written Update, Recap and Review
Assalamualaikum folks!
Let’s recap and review the latest episode of Ishq Murshid.
The opening scene between Aftab and Shahmeer was superb, just the way an episode should open. It gave me chills, literally. Part of that is November weather but it really was extremely well done. Bilal Abbas, his subtle expression, that tiniest threatening smile, OMG!
Aftab comes to his senses after learning that Faraz is kidnapped. He goes to complain to Dawood, who only feels proud that Shahmeer has learned the ugly game of politics.

Sulaiman and family is still pondering over the fact that someone named “farishta” settled their hospital bills. Itni koi badi raqam toh nahin rahi hogi?
Sulaiman invites Fazal Bakhsh for dinner.
On the other hand, Haroon and his daughter come to meet Shahmeer. Long story short, Fazal Bakhsh is late for his dinner rendezvous at Sulaiman’s.
When he does come, he has a perfect excuse to move in with them. Just wow!
Review
Bilal has turned into a mature fine actor. When he’s cunning, when he talks nonstop, he’s so effortlessly charming. He changes his accent, his hairstyle, his demeanor. Durre is quite over. I must also acknowledge Shabbir Jan and Omair Rana, both fine senior actors acing their roles.
I also like the sprinkling of comedy throughout the episode, especially at office. Munawwar and Abdul Rahman are both quite funny.
