Mein Episode 5 Written Review

Assalamualaikum dear followers,

It’s Shabana Mukhtar back with the recap and review of the latest episode of Mein.

Mubashshara is happy that Jaafar and Mubashshir are suing Mohib. She even apologizes to Mubashshir. The moment she learns that the case is dismissed, she flips out again.

Itna ghussa thik nahin hai tumhare liye. Cut it out.
Dad! Don’t ever talk to me so loudly.

Bhai waah! A daughter threatening her father. Qayamat ki nishani hai logon.

Asiya isn’t happy about Ayera and her shenanigans about her proposals. Amir doesn’t want Ayera to feel that she’s a burden and Ayera wants to be the goody two shoes so she scolds her brother so scolding Asiya. Kuch ajeeb hi story hai iss family ki.

Jaafar is worried about Mubashshara while Asif is proud of the psycho.

I would have been her partner in every crime and would have helped by hook and crook.

Mubashshara invites all the bloggers and tasks them to tarnish Mohib and Hina’s image. The bloggers are everywhere as Mohib and Hina go out for lunch. Mohib stands strong but Hina would soon cave to the pressure.

Mohib wants to fight back. And he does, as he challenges Mubashshara to marry again and sustain it. This is an open challenge and Mubashshara falls for the bait.

Now, she wants to get married.

Kashmala is out for lunch with Rayan and his friends. Rayan is spending all his time with another girl. She walks out, he doesn’t care, makes her feel like dust and calla the driver to drop Kashmala.

Asif doesn’t like Rayan but he agrees to talk to Jaafar about Kashmala and Rayan. I wanted to reach out and pat Kashmala on the back sympathetically: don’t do this, sis. Rayan and his sister, both are crazy. But hey, how would the story progress otherwise?

Asif is pleased that Kashmala has chosen someone in the elite circle. I guess that’s why he agreed to talk to Jaafar about nikamma Rayan. But that also gives us an insight into his psyche-he wouldn’t approve of Zaid dating Ayera.

Ahnnn…

We can also foresee a few scene in the coming episode. 1. Zaid would talk to Asif about Ayera and Asif would reject Ayera. 2. Asif would talk to Jaafar about Kashmala and Rayan. In turn, Jaafar would talk about Mubashshara and Zaid. Perhaps, it would be Asif himself to propose the watta satta alliance.

So conflicts are coming soon. Can’t wait.
