Muamma Episode 21 Written Update and Review

Junaid’s father orders Junaid to take Mahira home, not a good move but they all agreed to it. Jahan Aara watches them as they arrive home, psycho aurat.
Sarfaraz talked rudely to his mother (like so rude I wouldn’t repeat those words). He asks: kal se ghar aap sambhalein. Uff Allah! Kaise kaise log hote hain duniya mein.
Later, Rukhsana gets a call from Naveed, who’s flirting with her; the game has begun.
Mahira meets Jahan Aara, shares her predicament, says she can’t live Junaid anymore. Jahan Aara talks falsafaa, as usual but at his point, I’m like: haan aage bol. The conversation turns to bewafai: Mahira has trust in Junaid that he wouldn’t cheat on her, Jahan Aara says otherwise, and teaches Mahira to never forgive Junaid for bewafai. Seriously, what is this woman upto? Just because she says things poetically doesn’t make it right. Intentionally breaking up couples, astagfirullah!
After much convincing, Shahjahan gets Jahan Aara’s address. When he comes to meet, Jahan Aara kinda loses her calm, confused, flummoxed, too excited to think straight. Just as she puts on lipstick, her trauma hits back and suddenly she’s the cold hearted woman that everyone knows. She lies, about Sarmad, and her kids and how hard she tries to manage her time for her family. All this while, I kept thinking: Usman Mukhtar is always so composed, I mean whatever role he plays. This Shahjahan reminds me of sabaat, where he plays a psychiatrist, iirc? Shahjahan is onto Jahan Aara by the way. Uska jhoot bhanp liya hai.
Junaid picks up fights with Mahira non-stop even though she’s trying to be calm. I don’t think her patience would last long. She’ll snap and soon.
Mahira confronts Junaid, asks if there’s someone else in his life, he says yes.

Review

Anoushay has done so well in her role as Mahira. I like her, a lot. And that chomu who plays Naveed, aaj toh bahot screen time thha uska.
