Dil Wali Gali Mein | Episode 25

In this episode, both families find out where Mujtaba and Khadeeja are living. The revelation wa sorolonged and melodramatic, bordering on annoying. I especially didn’t like the fact that even Bilal was blaming Khadeeja. I mean, sure, she’s annoying AF but it wasn’t her fault. Was it? And why didn’t they put any effort in finding her whereabouts? Beti ki fikr nahin thhi tab?

The characters in this drama are very unreliable. They do weird stuff.

So, I was saying, Durdana is more concerned about Mujtaba than all of Khadeeja’s family combined.

One random subplot in this episode was the flat owners meeting for a one dish party in the under construction building. Mujtaba’s speech was nice, and Hamza Sohail performed well in the scene but what purpose did it seve in the overall narrative? The drama would end soon and I see no consequence of this meet up. It seemed like a one off scene, just like Chammo and her story a few episodes back.

I guess, what I’m trying to say is, I chose one Ramzan drama, very very carefully, and that too didn’t work out too well for me. I’m regretting my choice but will probably see it through.

In other news, Tamkenat apologizes to Ishtiyaq but still goes and stand in Fayeza’s class making it awkward. The whole ex-husband, she’s bitter because of her past, reasoning isn’t sitting well with me. Life happens to people. If we all start acting like Tamkenat, this world would be much more unbearable than it already is.
