Fairy Tale Episode 21 Written Update & Review

Hello, dear readers! It’s your favorite drama fanatic, Shabana Mukhtar, back with a recap and review of the latest episode of “Fairy Tale.”

Aabo Jaan

Let’s start with Aabo Jaan… Okay, so one of the highlights from the previous episode was Aabo Jaan and her wishes to see another grandchild. She wants Kamal Pasha to get married and start another family. She seems to have forgotten all about Sameer being in love with Haya. Now, she is obsessed with the idea of Kamal Pasha getting married and having another grandchild. I mean, I get it – grandparents want to spoil their grandchildren, but can’t they let the poor guy live his life?

Ah, Sameer!

Moving on to Sameer and Haya’s “story.” Now, don’t get me wrong, it was heartwarming and all, but can we talk about the actress’ dialogue delivery? It was so bad that it ruined the whole scene for me. I couldn’t help but cringe.

Waleed’s Refusal

Next up, we have Waleed, who comes to see Haya but is stopped by Zeenat. Ummeed tries to advocate for them, but it turns out that Waleed is not happy with the marriage. Oh, boy. This is going SO WELL, for all. Isn’t that what we all want?

AK and Farjad’s Bromance

Now, let’s talk about AK and Farjad. AK is teasing Farjad for no apparent reason, even going as far as to say that Farjad is jealous of him. Seriously, AK? Later, they both go for a client meeting, and I must say, I love the dynamic between the two. Farjad’s exasperation with AK is so relatable. This duo has some serious bromance scenes and we love them all. Do you remember their conversation in the park after the jog? Hilarious and cute!

I like how exasperated Farjad is when talking to AK. And, I love Ali Safina as AK. So freaking good.

Ummeed & Farjad

In this episode, Ummeed gets a suggestion, twice, that she should marry Farjad; once from Haya, and once from Mimi. It made me chuckle. We all know Ummeed and Farjad will end up together but I like the slow build up.

And then comes the most romantic scene of this drama-Farjad bring helplessly in love. In all honesty, Hamza Sohail makes this scene stand out. I still have a smile on my face jud thinking about this scene. Whatta gem!

Overall, this episode was entertaining and had its fair share of funny moments. I can’t wait to see what the next episode has in store for us. Until next time, folks!
