Fairy Tale Episode 30 Written Update & Review
Assalam alaikum dear readers,
Shabana Mukhtar here, back with the review of latest episode of “Fairytale”.
Gameshow
This episode was all about gameshow passes. In previous episode, Ummeed asked Farjad for gameshow pass because she has lost all her money and jewellery. One would think that the experience was enough to teach her a lesson, but nooo. Our heroine isn’t the one to learn from her mistakes. She wants a shortcut again, and wants to win millions in a gameshow. First of all, luck isn’t always in your favour. And second of all, try to put in some hard work, girl! It was so so disappointing.
Farjad’s response disappointed me more.
“Tumhein jo bhi chahiye, mujhe kaho,” he says.
Kyu bhai? Tum Ummeed ke kaun hote ho jo woh tum se kahegi? If there is one thing that is likable about Ummeed, is that she doesn’t want to marry a rich guy for his monies. She wants to win a gameshow to get rich. I mean, one is more problematic than the other. Honestly, if you ask me; looking at islamic view, marrying a (rich) guy is the better option. But who’s asking me?
Okay, that was pending from last episode. I feel so much better now.
Umeed & AK
Ummeed then meets AK to apologize for her past behaviour and to ask for gameshow passes, obvio. Farjad sees them together is mighty pissed at Ummeed for being after the “passes”. On the other hand, when Zeenat asks Farjad for the passes, he politely and sweetly agrees to arrange the same. Itna doghlapan? It didn’t sit right with me.
Sameer & Haya
Finally, there was some drama about Sameer and Haya’s wedding, that neither are happy about it. When the proposal is almost called off, Haya and Sameer both agree for the wedding, and vehemently so. Long story short, we see a product placement as Umeed watches Sameer and Haya romance. The episode ends as Ummeed, Zeenat and Aabo Jaan all learn that Haya had been quite ghunni all the while.
Honestly, so much happened in the episode but I didn’t like it much. I was like, where is the finale? Get me there, and fast. Thankfully, it isn’t far. I hope to see a good conclusion to the story.
How did you guys find this episode?
