Hook Episode 27 Written Update & Review

Assalam Alaikum dear readers,

Shabana Mukhtar here, to recap and review the latest episode of Hook. My goodness, this episode was soooo good.

Haya and Jaafar

This episode was all about women and the problems they face in life.

Alrighty, so Amma Jaan’s plan has worked brilliantly well. Haya is now expecting, and Jaafar is thrilled about the news. Back in the gaon, Maimoona has an intuition that her reign is kinda over. She rushes back home as soon as possible, only to find out that Jaafar and Haya are now together.

Oh, the pained expression on her face.

Resham continues to play the double-edged sword, two-face evil as she consoles Maimoona and promises her full support in being rid og Haya. I wonder what these two are upto now.

Sadaf and Zayan

Sadaf is hopeful that Zayan might change and treat her well, but she sees Haya’s photos that Zayan hides in his “important” folder. I was like, WTH! This man is obsessing over Haya for nothing. I mean, Zain has done a good job of portraying the character, but the character is SOOO problematic.

Aziz and Safiya

Lastly, we see Safiya who finds the reports that Aziz has hidden. This man is so egoistic that he wouldn’t undergo a test, wouldn’t opt for treatment because he thinks that the problem is always with the “woman” if a couple has inability to conceive. This subplot also shows us the importance of opting for “asbaab” before leaving things to “Musabbab-ul-asbaab”. Allah wants us to take the worldly measures, and He would always bless us in the best way possible.

Review

As usual, I enjoyed the episode thoroughly. Seeing Faisal and Kinza is a treat for eyes, and the drama is also paced well, so it doesn’t give me a moment of boredom, nor a chance to skip-forward, haha.

As I always say after watching Hook. I can’t wait to see more of Jaafar and Haya.

So, that was the review. How did you guy like this episode?
