Raqqas | Episode 1

About Raqqas

Raqaas is an intense emotional psychological tale that delves into the fragile spaces between love and obsession, freedom and restraint, memory and reality. At its heart lies a world where every relationship carries an unspoken weight, every choice comes with a consequence, and every truth may have another side. As love, family, ambition, trauma, and desire intertwine, Raqaas takes you on a haunting journey where nothing is quite as simple as it appears. Some stories are lived, some are remembered, and some leave you questioning what was ever real? That’s Raqaas!

Raqqas Episode 1 Written Update and Review

Pehle to cast check kar lijiye.

So, we meet Urooj and her family. She is now a doctor but she wanted to be an artist. She paints, listens to music and Nighat frequently.

Some people come to seek help, Dilawar overhears their conversation and responds with his rifle. I found it funny.

Urooj wants to cycle in the morning, so she asks for Dilawar’s permission, which in itself is apparently a big deal. Little does she know why she gets to do things: just so people would think Dilawar as an open-minded man. But the little section of song “sun re mere pyaare saajna, mora tum bin jiya naahi laage” was so soothing.

So, when Urooj is done cycling, she notices our hero again, playing the guitar. And I have a few questions after this scene:

  1. Why is he wearing so many layers, no? I didn’t like his mehendi outfit.
  2. Itni cycling karne ke baad Urooh reached only reached next-door neighbour?
  3. Woh aise bhaagi kyu thhi?
  4.  Danny Z ke outfit ka gala pet tak kyu thha?

Review

Komal Mir: what hapened to her? she looks so different. Danny Z looks exactly like Sar Buland Khan. Cousin is nice, kinda reminded me of Haseeb from Aik Mohabbat Aur, khubsurat but negative character.
