Qarz-e-Jaan Episode 8 Written Update and Review
So Maheen has taken the FIR back because
Police is harassing her family.
Bakhtiar’s goons harass her nieces.
Ammaar is threatening to upload their videos on social media.
The insensitivity of this while Barkat family, ufff! They all know what Ammaar has done and has been doing. Instead of asking him to take responsibility of his actions, they are all tarnishing the girl’s character.
Maheen threatens to file FIR again if her demands are not met: deleting the videos.
She gets to delete the videos. That one frame was so hurtful.
Thankfully, for once, Sidra says that Ammaar should be punished so he would leave his ayyaashi. And that Beenish is still worried about her wedding and not what happened to Maheen. Yikes.
P.S. the girl who played Maheen is so good. She should get more work.

Nashwa is upset about the retracting of FIR and Burhan parts some pearls of wisdom, how expectations hurt us the most and we get depressed when things don’t go our way. I was like, story of my life… But I don’t learn the lesson. I always end up with high expectations of people and see those expectations break miserably.
The constant coaching that Nashwa gets from Burhan is sweet at times but in this episode, it kinda got to my nerves. Har baat pe Burhan ko phone laga ke yun hai wun hai bolna shuru kar deti hai apni heroine.

Maheen is killed by a speeding car (I’m sure at bakhtiar’s orders). This man is a killer. Ammaar is a lesser menace than his father, I’d say.
And the family enjoys their meal.
~
Burhan promises to re-open Maheen’s case.
His family comes back.
Wedding preparations are on.
A glimpse of the past in Bisma’s eyes.
And then she sees him in the house next door.
Asim?
~
I just have one question: Ammaar ro kyu raha thha? Kutt lagi thi isliye?
