Hooray, the on-call schedule is over. I’m no longer on pager duty, and this gives me time and peace of mind to focus on NaNoWriMo 2023. Or so I thought. I had forgotten that I planned to publish a short story today. Most of today’s time was spent in the final lap towards publishing the book….
