Tere Bin | Episode 7

Introduction

Tere Bin is a new drama on HAR PAL GEO (Well, it’s not that new). Here’s a snippet from Geo’s official YouTube channel.

Meerab is an ambitious and beautiful young girl who wants to pursue higher studies. Her entire world revolves around her parents and she believes in them the most. Her strong and confident personality makes her stand against social injustices around her.

On the contrary, Murtasim hails from a powerful and influential family. He respects and values the morals and traditions of his family and refuses to let the family down.

Meerab’s life takes an unexpected turn when she finds out about her family’s decision regarding her and Murtasim’s life. Meerab’s hatred towards Murtasim continues to grow as a family secret from the past resurfaces. Coming from different backgrounds and mindsets, Murtasim begins to realize Meerab’s arrogant behaviour towards him and begins to consider her a challenge for himself. On the other hand, Meerab who is used to living her life on her own terms refuses to accept Murtasim’s family traditions and unnecessary social barriers.

Soon their lives go through a series of emotional sufferings and misunderstandings where it becomes difficult for them to coexist. Despite their hatred towards each other, will Meerab and Murtasim accept their true feelings or will the dynamics of ego and self-respect force them to stay apart?

Tere Bin Episode 7 Written Update and Review

Meerub and Murtasim both tie a thread (rolling ma eyes at this absurd moment). Murtasim prays for acceptance of Meerub’s dua. Isn’t that sweet?

They come home Meerub agrees to marry Murtasim. Meerub repeats even though Murtasim is shaking his head. Hehe… I couldn’t stop laughing at Murtasim’s expressions. That was the first joke.

And then comes another punchline:

“I haven’t said yes, yet,” Murtasim says.

And then comes the third joke.

“You need time? Okay, I’m sitting here,” Salma Begum said.

Hehe… I am quite enjoying this drama’s unintended humour.

By the way, Murtasim had to give up on his love because of the class difference. Yeh nayi huyi hai but there was not much said about the same.

Murtasim doesn’t want to marry Meerub because he knows that Meerub isn’t happy. Kya connection hai… Bhai waah… He asks Meerub for some time so he would his convince his family otherwise. But our girl is determined to marry this boy now.

Meerub: I want a home, a family, a support, a background, and I will get all that by marrying you.
Murtasim: Thik hai, let’s do it.

He agrees so easily, and so calmly.

Rona mat, he says before he leaves.

Wow! Just wow!

This scene was shot so beautifully. Wahaj and Yumna dono chha gaye… We see the real talent these two are which I was kinda missing until now.

Meerub only has plans to torture Murtasim but Murtasim bechara is still shocked about his own decision. Now, Meerub is back to being normal and cheerful…

Kya episode thha. Funny and romantic, uff…
