Angna Episode 35 Written Updates and Review

Saira is back to being her usual self. She doesn’t let Zain spend time with Eshal, even lies about having meetings and business dinners as earlier; she doesn’t allow Eshal to go and meet her family. Eshal does what she does best–scowl and make face but do nothing. Zain does what he does best–shake his head and gesture Eshal to keep quite.

Where is the story’s progress? I ask.

Speaking of no progress, Ammar and Ayeza’s track is also standing still.

  • Azhar calls Arshad to yell at him for Ammar did (tearing away khula’s papers)
  • Arshad tells him to send another notice
  • Ammar calls Ayeza to persuade her to stay together but she hangs up
  • Arshad finds Ammar at home and brings him to meet Azhar, Ammar refuses to divorce Ayeza or sign the papers.

“I want to live with Ayeza,” he says.

  • This declaration leaves everyone confused. Does Ayeza want to live with Ammar? The onus is on Nayab to talk to Ayeza and find out what she really wants.
  • Nayab takes Ayeza out for dinner.
  • Guess who runs into them? Ammar, that’s who. He tries to talk to Ayeza, again, and Ayeza walks away from him, again.

Look at the series of events. Has anything changed since the last time Ammar tried to talk to Ayeza, or Azhar sent the khula papers? NO.

We also see a little bit of Abeeha. Moosa and Ziya are out of town for some business work, and Abeeha is happy with Salma. This track isn’t getting as much attention, probably because Abeeha’s future is almost final with Moosa.

Raza and her family is struggling to stay afloat. While Raza has gone into depression mode, Shaukat is still trying to find a a job. His old empolyer doesn’t trust him to give him even a labour’s job. He is trying to find another job. Shaukat is a grieving, guilty, vulnerable and helpless father who can’t even find a job to run the kitchen. From talking in lakhs to worrying about one square meal a day, his circumstances have changed drastically. Ismail Tara has done extremely well for his part. Bravo!
