Aasmanon Pe Likha

Aasmanon Pay Likha (Urdu: آسمانوں پہ لکھا) (meaning Written on the Skies) is a 2013 TV show that aired on Geo Entertainment television. It stars Sajal Ali and Sheheryar Munawar in lead roles.

Qudsia (Sajal Ali) is a middle-class girl who dreams of a simple married life. Unfortunately, her in-laws demand a hefty sum of dowry. Qudsia’s family were not able to pay the dowry. Her father eventually has a heart attack after getting insulted. Aaliyan (Sheheryar Munawar), who has come to attend his employee’s daughter’s wedding, ends up marrying Qudsia.

Aasmanon Pe Likha Episode 5 Written Update, Recap and  Review

Mehmood learns about Aliyan’s marraige and calls off the engagement between Aliyan and Natasha. He has never liked Aliyan in the first place and now, he has the perfect reason to break the engagement.

Qudsiya can’t afford a divorce because her father is having a bypass. She tells Mehmood the same, later she lashes at Aliyan for his irresponsible behaviour.

It is the first time she showed anger, it is the first time she didn’t cry forever. I guess that’s some progress. Aliyan is a sweet and confused hero, but Qudsiya goes in the list of “annoying heroines”.
