Ishq Murshid Episode 3 Written Update, Recap and Review

Shibra has a new proposal, one of a bribe-taking incometax officer. Needless to say, the family goes back fuming. That night, at dinner, Safiya and Suleiman get into a verbal fight. Safiya blames Suleiman for Sukaina’s predicament. Her words are hurtful and Suleiman leaves the table. That was quite emotional, but the best part was that instead of making a fuss over it, Sukaina practically suggests that she’d talk to Safiya and Shibra would talk to her father. I like the division of responsibilities.

Faraz has helped to create a new persona for Shahmeer, but also warns of the consequences should Shahmeer get caught. These two bros have a nice camaraderie which I adore.

Shahmeer first pretends to be someone (Fazal Bakhsh) else to get a job at Suleiman’s office to do the work they he is clueless about. Then, he also asks the delivery boy Fawad Khan to stay home so he could go to Suleiman’s house. He is quite fast and forward, isn’t he?

Fazal Bakhsh also meets Shibra to return the money he owed from Faraz’s wedding. I like his personality. He’s talkative, cocky and shy all at the same time. If it wasn’t an annoying girl he was swooning over, he would have been the perfect hero.

Review

I think it’s Noor Ul Hassan’s on point expressions and controlled acting that makes a few scenes of this drama stand out. That, and Bilal.

I also like the UK joke (United Kingdom and Umer Kot) from the first episode has now used as a sharp answer from Fazal Bakhsh.

Oh, by the way, Abdul Rahman is so funny.
