It’s time to talk about my latest addition to TBR pile. You’re right. It’s another book haul, another bulk of preloved books.

Butterfly Books By Weight

Unlike other preloved bookstores, this one offers every book, EVERY book by weight. I added 17 books to my list, and then I stopped. I was so tempted to go on, but then I wanted to see the books’ condition, and if the delivery is on time or not.

Delivery

Even though the delivery was a bit late than I had expected, I didn’t mind it much. They use Indian Postal Services and you know how that can be.

Cost Efficient or Not?

I received all the 17 books for 542 rupees, which averaged to less than 32 bucks per books. I don’t think I have ever bought any book at such low prices before.

Like New / New

These 17 books in varied genres are MY choices, and I was mentally prepared for the list-no surprises. However, the state of books did surprise me a little. The books were in terrific state. I think many of those books were in mint condition, perhaps printed in bulk and now the publishers are finding other ways to dispense the stock off. Whatever the reason, it’s a great news for people like me who’re building a mini library and don’t want to spend a ton of money.
