Zanjeerain Episode 18 Written Update and Review

As expected, Sohrab pins everything on Sar Buland: Bano has committed suicide because of Sar Buland, he says.
Sar Buland refutes it, of course, how could he accept that Bano is dead. It’s only three people who know the truth.
I’m digressing but in the previous episode, when Shirin was telling the women about Bano’s search, the camera angle was such that Shirin was in focus. It was almost as if Rabiya is watching Shirin and can see something in her demeanour that feels off. Or maybe it’s just me reading too much into it.
Back to the episode at hand.
Things escalate, Sohrab drags Rabiya into the matter, she leaves the room, Bibi Jaan collapses, Noor says shitty things to Rabiya… On a side note, Noor bhabhi who has been very soft and demur so far with very few lines gets to say a lot of things and her performance was quite…over the top, I felt. She’s doing so good in that series Crossroads. I have watched a few clips. I don’t know why she stunk so bad in this scene.
We see Zafran Khan after a long time, sharing what he wants: for Torsam to kill Sar Buland, Gul Mehr overhears. Ever since she has learned the truth about Zafran Khan, she has been eavesdropping, a lot, A LOT, and I’m sure she’ll be caught some say.
Rabiya escapes, the family is at the hospital with Bibi Jaan. Sar Buland goes somewhere. And… Well, without spoiling, I can say that we get to see the most beautifully shot sequence. It captures the trees, and flowers, the terrains so beautifully, just wow.
Sar Buland’s expressions upon seeing Rabiya were so on-point.

And then they walk into the sunset together. Awnnn.

The best oart of tbe episode, however, is where it ends: Sohrab ridden with guilt. First, he beats up Zargoon and then Zargoon gets a turn. The vengeance with which Zargoon attacks Sohrab was felt even on the small mobile screen. This dude’s doing good, the guy who plays Zargoon. I’m sure he’ll do good as shehri ladka as well, in some other drama, i mean. Bas, itna hi aaj ke liye.

Salaam!
