I’m torn.
With 63 new books in the past three weeks, I’m spoilt for choices. Thrillers or literature, chick lit or classics, fantasy or just going back to Urdu novels I have read several times?
Let’s say, I want to read Urdu novels. Which one should I pick first? Mushaf, Jannat Ke Pattey or Amarbel? I have read Jannat Ke Pattey so often that even though I haven’t read it very recently, I know the story by heart. Mushaf, I have read very recently, like maybe couple of years ago. Amarbel, I have read ages ago, in the digest, episodic form and “probably” once in digitized form. It has taken three weeks and two orders for Amarbel to finally reach me (first one was not dispatching at all even after ten days. I don’t have that kinda patience, do I? So, I cancelled it and placed another order, 10 rupees cheaper) which arrived today so I guess Amarbel is the obvious contender.
of course, first I need to finish reading the chick lit book that I started last week.
NOTE: This is part of “write one post every day for a year” challenge.
