A little Recap of Episode 7

Haala is about to get married to, or engaged to, Naveed.

Mere Humsafar Episode 2 Written Update & Review

So, Farhan is here. He looks soooo handsome. Aaj handsomeness is in abundance, ahem. Hamza is quite an emotional chap. The way he talks to his mother is just so wow. I didn’t cry, not even a little bit. I’m not crying, you are. shut up.

Haala is about to get married to, or engaged to, Naveed.

Doesn’t Hania look like an old Bollywood heroine in this frame. What’s her name? Vijayanti Maala or something.

Hamza is treating Haala like an equal. He talks to her, he has brought gifts for her, he insists on taking her to family dinner, he brings meal for her–all of this much to Shah Jahan’s dismay. And Sameen’s. This drama is so dramatic (irony). I wonder how everyone will react when Hamza falls for Haala? Argh… It creeps me out already.

There is one thing good that happens in this episode–Shafaq’s father kicks out Khurram. Sahi hai. But I didn’t like why suddenly Khurram’s mother was hospitalized. I don’t understand Khurram’s relevance in the overall plot.

I had said this in the last episode and I say this again: Hania chha gayi hai. That chirpy and funny girl is playing a meek and tame girl. Superb!

I also like Raees’s subtle nod to Shah Jahan. Veteran’s never disappoint. Their characters do.

This drama is also fast paced. So much has happened in one episode.

Is it just me or has this drama become interesting with Farhan’s entry?
