The opening of this episode is so beautiful. I mean, which episode of Sang-e-Maah isn’t. Sheherzade coming to see Hilmand, Hilmand’s friends sniggering and smiling at Sheherzade’s arrival, Hilmand playing a Pushto song and explaining to subtly tell her that he didn’t like her taking help from Haji for Haidar’s matter.

Hikmat comes to meet Zargoona. Gul Meena tries to talk to him, but he doesn’t even want to talk to Gul Meena.

Hilmand meets the jirga folks. He also blames everything on Hikmat.

One guy: doctor kya kehte hain?
Hilmand: kehte hain ki jirga kab baithega?

Hilmand is good with words but he doesn’t have brains to think.

Zarsanga is a palmist apparently. One thing that she said to Haji stuck to me.

Hum dono ek sath marenge.

Is that foreshadowing?

Sabz Ali’s story about his time in jail was all for the laughs, and I loved it.

Just like the beginning of the episode, the end is also Sheherzade and Hilmand talking about jirga and stuff. Can you see the sparks between them? I see fireworks… I can’t wait to see their relationship taking another leap. Sheherzade and Hilmand are so so good together.
