Before We Begin
I have been meaning to watch Sen Çal Kapımı for almost a year. The problem is, I found a website which had listed all key events and the detailed article spoiled it for me. I mean, this drama goes through some pretty bizarre twists and turns. Besides, this drama has two seasons. It is never a good idea. I watched Emergency Pyar, and they could not maintain the contniuity of the two seasons. All I’m saying is, I have my apprehensions about this dizi.
But then, last week, I saw a few Urdu dubbed episodes of the drama, and I thought–why not?
Alright, with the basics established, let get to the episode.
Dastak Mere Dil Pe Episode 20 Written Review & Update
So, Eda has taken up the impossible task of converting a ruin into a living place with a long list of Do’s and Don’ts. She has some people to help her, and she even gets down expert tips from Eyden but she still fails to do the job. Serkan comes to talk to Mr Fikret and the seemingly impossible project is cancelled.
Eda sits there weeping and looking pretty. Serkan consoles Eda, wipes her tears (sweet) and tells her that one shouldn’t give up until they have given it all.
Then, he brings his team on board.
Now we are talking.
The team gets back together the way they did for creating the paintings and presentations to win a new client. And soon everything looks great. Later at night, Eda asks Serkan about the August 19 day off. To her surprise and to my surprise, Serkan tells her. It was an emotional tale but not too soppy. Long story short, Serkan had an older brother. And his demise is also the reason Eyden doesn’t step out of the house.
This episode was fast-paced and fun. The little scene with Fifi where she had to pay up without buying a thing was just hilarious.
Look at that, I managed to review it while travelling. Am I amazing or what?
