Dastak Mere Dil Pe | Season 1 | Episode 47

Before We Begin

I have been meaning to watch Sen Çal Kapımı for almost a year. The problem is, I found a website which had listed all key events and the detailed article spoiled it for me. I mean, this drama goes through some pretty bizarre twists and turns. Besides, this drama has two seasons. It is never a good idea. I watched Emergency Pyar, and they could not maintain the contniuity of the two seasons.  All I’m saying is, I have my apprehensions about this dizi.

But then, last week, I saw a few Urdu dubbed episodes of the drama, and I thought–why not?

Alright, with the basics established, let get to know the cast and characters.

Dastak Mere Dil Pe Episode 47 Written Review & Update

Serkan and Eda both want to spend the evening together but their families call and insist on coming home soon. They even jokingly plan to run away to be with each other. Sweet romantic moments…

Serkan comes home and without wasting a moment, announces his love for Eda. Ertikan wants to tell about Eda but Eyden interrupts and makes up several stories in attempts to keep Serkan and Eda away.

Ayfer kinda already knows Eda has to tell but Eda says it out loud: I am with Serkan.

Neither Ayfer nor Eyden want them to be together. And they both form an alliance to pull the couple apart. I don’t know if I should be happy about this or upset. Why are they being the zaalim samaaj?

When Serkan comes to pick up Eda, Ayfer talks Serkan and puts her conditions: Eda will go to Italy, visit me every week, give time to Eda’s friends and me… And the list goes on. And then later Eyden does the same to Eda.

About others, Piril and Selin discuss Engin and Serkan and love, over dinner. Also, Leyla tells Serkan that she would never stop working for him: “You were the one who made most calls when I was hospitlized last year, and you are paying for my sister’s education.” She hugged Serkan, and Serkan looked uncomfortable. This man is capable of doing nice things but doesn’t want to take compliments. Isn’t that sweet?
