Aasmanon Pay Likha (Urdu: آسمانوں پہ لکھا) (meaning Written on the Skies) is a 2013 TV show that aired on Geo Entertainment television. It stars Sajal Ali and Sheheryar Munawar in lead roles.

Qudsia (Sajal Ali) is a middle-class girl who dreams of a simple married life. Unfortunately, her in-laws demand a hefty sum of dowry. Qudsia’s family were not able to pay the dowry. Her father eventually has a heart attack after getting insulted. Aaliyan (Sheheryar Munawar), who has come to attend his employee’s daughter’s wedding, ends up marrying Qudsia.

Aliyan, the Sweet Husband

Meanwhile, Qudsiya’s condition remains a source of concern. Aliyan, the ever-doting husband, continues to look after her. His care for his wife adds a touch of warmth to the episode, reminding us of the tender moments amidst the turmoil.

The episode takes a dramatic turn as Sultan lashes out at Zaheer, accusing him of greed and other unspoken grievances. This confrontation culminates in Zaheer’s life taking a tragic turn, as he loses the battle of life. The suddenness of this event leaves us in shock and raises questions about the circumstances leading to Zaheer’s demise.
