Saira forbids Zain from getting a second opinion. This woman is unbelievable.
Zaiba is worried about Eshal and even talks to her if Saira is okay with her. Eshal lies, of course, and I rolled my eyes. I think Eshal may have some serious “woman” problem or she might finally be expecting.
Eshal is rushed to the hospital. And I was right. She has ovarian cyst, and her parents didn’t even know. Azhar loses it on Zain.
Hands off to Zain, though, who didn’t listen to Saira for once.

Kayenat tells her sob story to Ayeza. Her story brought tears to my eyes. Now, that’s the real struggle, to live without a father, to spend the childhood at a hospital, to be physically challenged, and she is so brave and confident. And then there is Ayeza who has lived a privileged life. Just because her husband was already married, uss ne itna rona dala hai. Ufff…
