Paristan Episode 20 Written Update & Review

Kamali’s undying love for his bride-to-be

Safed rang Aman aur aashti ka nishan hai. Waise ye aashti kaun hai?

Kamali is rattofying the interview questions and answers. I loved his dramatic confrontation with his mother.

Haseena’s plans to save some expenses
She tells Ishaque to not give any dowry because Azar doesn’t want anything. At the same time, she lies that Babar might he losing his job. This is just her way

The celebration trip

So, everyone goes to a trip. Even though they are stuck in a middle of nowhere. They set up camp and set about dance and celebrations. This is a nice montage of fun and games. Everything seems alright. Azar and Mehreen have forgotten their past and are happy now, Zubaida and Amanullah have their own little time, Babar and Ujala enjoy their quite togetherness, and Arsam and Pari are just do deewane sheher mein… Raat aur dopaher mein…

Amanullah is possessive about Zubaida

Zubaida and Amanullah talk in the lawn but their conversation is interrupted by Jamal Deen. Amanullah doesn’t want Jamal Deen to talk to Zubaida, and that back and forth was so cute.

“Aap meethi baatein mujh se kar lein,” Amanullah tells Jamal Deen.

I haven’t fully understood Jamal Deen’s role in the whole story, but I am hoping he has more to do.

Pari is being responsible for once

She’s making Amanullah clean the house, she’s readying breakfast for the kids. Yep, she’s being responsible for once. What I don’t understand is: who gave her the responsibility? I mean… Arsam is happy to see him in his house, but dadi always took Ujala’s help, no?

I kid of course. The scene was super cute, and Arsalan looked super handsome.

Performances

Ali Safina stood out in this episode. Every single scene of his made me laugh out loud like haha loud. Merub Ali and Junaid Jamshed are also good. Everyone is, except Javeria Saud who often goes overboard.

I also like how Mooroo maintains his expressions throughout. It’s only his first project on TV but he’s so freaking good. Jis sketches and his experiences have honed his acting chops.
