Hum Dono Episode 5 Written Update and Review

Assalam-o-Alaikum everyone,

Hello, my dear readers!

It’s Shabana Mukhtar, and I am here to review the 6th episode of “Hum Dono”. And let me tell you, the first thing that came to my mind while watching this episode was, “How slow is this drama? Dramas and episodes like this make me question why YouTube doesn’t have 4X speed.

This episode primarily focused on flashbacks, which felt like a never-ending story. We got to know about Pareeshe’s mother and how she escaped, about Mahi and her past, about Omer and his equation with his mother and grandmother, and about Mahi and Omer’s first meeting and marriage. However, all these flashbacks didn’t take the story forward, and the pace of the drama was excruciatingly slow.

As a viewer, I felt annoyed watching this episode. I understand that the makers are trying to build the backstory and connect the dots, but there needs to be a balance between flashbacks and progression. In this episode, it was all about the flashbacks and almost no progress.

Furthermore, the episode lacked the thrill and excitement that we saw in the initial episodes. It felt like the makers were trying to drag the story, which is never a good sign for any drama.

Overall, the 6th episode of “Hum Dono” was not up to the mark. The drama needs to pick up the pace and keep the viewers engaged. As a fan of Pakistani dramas, I am hopeful that the upcoming episodes will be more exciting and captivating.

Remember in prayers. Assalam Alaikum!
