Kuch Ankahi Episode 12  Written Update and Review

This episode was so painful to watch, oh so painful.

First of all, Zareena Begum is being a typical saas, demanding one thing after the other from Agha Ji. She isn’t even subtle about it, and it makes my blood boil. Even though Saif tries to cover up for Zareena Begum’s demands, it doesn’t fool nobody. They are all adults and they all know how Zareena is.

Second of all, Sehrish and her family is cray cray. They are like three people and even they don’t get along well. Now, Azfar has offered Aliya a job, and Sehrish thinks it’s a good offer. Does Sehrish have an ulterior motive? I don’t know. At this point, I don’t even care.

And then there is Shagufta. She takes Samia’s call, says things that would hurt anyone and then creates a scene at a public place. She is a sadist, or perhaps a sadomasochist. And she is unbearable even watching on the screen.

It’s just too much.

As I said, I like escapism in fiction. If dramas make my blood boil, it isn’t serving the purpose of “entertainment”. Also, apart from seeing Salman and Sehrish, nothing else really stands out. So, I hereby denounce this drama.

So long!
