Meri Zindagi Hai Tu: A Tale of Love, Betrayal, and Redemption

In the bustling heart of a city, Kamyar (Bilal Abbas Khan) and Ayra (Hania Aamir) find their paths crossing in a chance encounter that changes the course of their lives forever. Kamyar, a free-spirited yet flawed man, has always lived life on his own terms. A man with charm, but little regard for consequences, he thrives in the world of fleeting moments and unspoken truths. Ayra, on the other hand, is everything Kamyar is not—principled, deeply compassionate, and steadfast in her beliefs. She has been hurt in the past, but still believes in the beauty of love and trust.

Their relationship begins innocently—two souls drawn to each other despite their differences. But as their love deepens, so does the web of secrets that Kamyar keeps hidden. The more Ayra opens her heart, the more she begins to unravel the dark side of Kamyar’s world—deception, betrayal, and choices that threaten everything they’ve built.

As Kamyar’s past collides with their present, Ayra is forced to question everything she thought she knew about love. Can their bond survive the betrayal, or will their hearts be torn apart by the truth?

Through trials and tribulations, the journey of Meri Zindagi Hai Tu becomes one of rediscovery—of self, of love, and of the possibility of healing. In the end, it’s not just a love story, but a testament to the power of forgiveness, second chances, and the belief that love can overcome even the most impossible odds.

Meri Zindagi Hai Tu | Episode 7 | Written Update and Review

Happy Times

Ishtiyaq’s mother calls Beenish again, apologizing for mixup etc. When Beenish is talking to Irfan about the reproposal, Irfan mentions some Khurram (mentioned for the first time). I liked how realistic Beenish was to say that Falak probably is in touch with Ishtiyaq. Haye, mothers!

All is fixed now.

Venomous Fariya

The Irfan family is having a nice family meal, disturbed by Fariya and Kamyar’s mother.

What is his mother’s name, by the way? I haven’t caught it until now. Let’s call her Tara. Ayra, upset, says she’s not interested in Kamyar and lists everything Kamyar has done to this family.

To this, Tara openly admits of a possibility of bekng Kamyar’s fault. It was almost as if she was about to say: Apni hi aulad ki harkat ko na janungi bhala main? I was so impressed by her stance about Ayra. It was Fariya who kept saying that Ayra is after Kamyar’s money, something that I had expected Tara to say. She’s going to be a good MIL to Ayra if marriage is ever on the cards for these two.

Poor Father

Irfan delivers one if the finest lines, yet again being the voice of reason.

Irfan to Ayra: If you want to walk down this path, see a future with him, at least tell us.

He also admits that he doesn’t like talking about this topic again and again. This scene also strengthened my feeling: Ayra is a problem. For sure.

Winds of Change

Kamyar is doing a wardrobe refresh which Sohail is sceptical about because apparently bhai does it often. I found it funny, don’t know why. Perhaps becysee I also choose outfits for occasions and functions I have no intention of attending. Sohail says this:

جنہیں سیریس ہونا ہوتا ہے وہ ہو جاتے ہیں، سیریس ہونے کے بارے میں سوچتے نہیں ہیں۔

Misc

Iram calls Fariya, perhaps crying. Fariya discusses it with her father who gives practical advise: your mother has nothing to give to you, stop worrying about her.

Cryptic talk between Sohail and Tara.

Both cant sleep.

Fariya comes to see Kamyar (she has nothing better to do, I guess), they go out for coffee, she lets it slip thst she had gone to insult Ayra. And, he snaps at his parents. Tara mentions that Ayra and her family look like shareef log.

Kamyar: Bas hum log hi shareef nahin hain.

Don’t know what it meant, but outburst was enjoyable to watch.
