Aik Sitam Aur Episode 23 Written Update & Review
Shehroz picks up Ushna from college but they bicker constantly on the way. Irked, Shehroz forces Ushna to get down from the car.
~
Ushna complains about the same, and this creates a havoc at home. Things get out of hand, and before we know, Shehroz kicks Ushna out of his house, literally.
~
Wahab suggests that he would also leave, but this is just to calm down Ushna.
~
Upon both mothers’ insistence, Shehroz apologizes and Ushna forgives.

Things got interesting. I liked this episode.
Review
Usama looks so good, and he acts well but Anmol not so much.
I watched the episode again because something was nagging me. I realized that the dialogues between Shehroz and Ushna are very well written. Whole Usama delivers them with finess, Anmol’s delivery falls flat. Something is missing, for sure. I guess she is too arrogant. If she had taken a more “chanchal” approach, this would have been a very enjoyable “enemies to lovers” romance. Just imagine Iqra Aziz in her place. I’m not Iqra fan but she is a good actor. And this role she would have aced.
This is the first proper review of Aik Sitam Aur, even though I have published all the episode reviews in sequence. I have been intrigued by this drama ever since the teasers were released. I didn’t want to watch it because it airs daily on weekdays, and that apprehension about Anmol as Ushna. But as I already said before, this drama has some very nicely written dialogues and Usama is brilliant in it, so… Why not? It’s not like I sleep or do anything else…
I will be starting to review Aik Sitam Aur starting from the first episode. Let’s hope to finish ’em all this Sunday. Oh, and these reviews will be short because…
Alright, off I go.
