Aik Sitam Aur Episode 38 Written Update & Review

 

So, Rafaqat has had a heart attack and most of this episode was about that. He is rushed to the hospital and doing fine. Sadaf conveys the news to Sufiyan through a friend Ahmar. This gives Raeesa a chance to be nasty with Shujaat and Zainab when they come to see their brother at the hospital.

Sufiyan vows to avenge the people who are behind Rafaqat’s condition. He would do something to Huzaifa, you would think, right? No, he hires someone to shoot Shehroz. While Shehroz and Ushna are coming back from a party in a jovial mood, Shehroz is shot. He is also rushed to the hospital and also doing fine.

While both families are worried in their own right, it’s only Raeesa who puts two and two together.

“What have you done to Shehroz and why?” She asks Sufiyan. “He’s shot.”
“Really? He isn’t dead?” Sufiyan asks in return.

Raeesa is shocked and so are we.

Why did Sufiyan choose to have Shehroz shot? Shehroz has done the least to bring Rafaqat to where he is now. Sufiyan did this out of spite and not for any valid reasons, not that shooting anyone for valid reason is okay.. Sufiyan only wants to be rid of his raqeeb, that’s all.
Ever since Sufiyan told Ushna about her truth just because he couldn’t marry her, I haven’t liked him. Until then, I thought he is a worthy raqeeb but now he is stupid and mean. Bachhe, mohabbat isn’t about shooting people or paining them through your words.

Also, Raeesa doesn’t endorse what Sufiyan has done. Whether she genuinely doesn’t like this action which is uncalled for, or is she worried about the consequences that Sufiyan may suffer if Wahab finds out, it remains to be seen. But she isn’t like: you did well my son. Knowing Raeesa, that’s a shock.

Now we wait for the weekend before the next episode airs. Could Monday be here already?
