Drama Review | Aye Musht-e-Khak | Episode 28

Alrighty, let’s review the latest episode of Aye Musht-e-Khak. Check the cast and characters of Aye Musht-e-Khak, and my reasons for watching this drama.

A little recap of episode 27

Sajjad has warned Bobby to stay away from Dua.

Aye Musht-e-Khak episode 28 written review and update

Dua and Taqi go out on a date. Dua is too cold, and tells Taqi that she is doing this for her family. She can’t stop thinking about Bobby. I’m like… Could you just stop it?
Anywho, so after the date, Dua is on her way home when her car breaks down on a deserted road. And there is only one other car on that road–Bobby’s. Talk about plot conveniences. How come Bobby is always around when Dua is out? It happened when she went to Jamal Pur with Taqi, and once when she left her phone in his car, and now… Too many coincidences, right?
Their conversation in the car is not much different: Bobby asks Dua for another chance, and Dua be like, “Hamare rastey alag hain.” Behen, your words and acts are not aligned.
Despite everyone in her family telling her to stay away from Mustajab, Dua still takes his call, and even agrees to meet him because Bobby is all weepy and needy. And then we see Bobby smirking that Dua fell prey to his lies.
And that was all I could take.
I stopped watching the episode. This drama’s plot is moving in cirlces; has been moving in circles ever since Dua and Bobby got married. But I always thought that this time it will end. It did not.
I think, I think… Maha Malik wrote this story keeping the episodic novel nature in mind. You see, when you read a story episodically in monthly magazines, you keep wondering–will they? wont they? In this story, that question is taken too far, to the point that I don’t even wonder if they will end up together. They shouldn’t end up together. They are suited for each other because they are both so annoying, but it’s better for both families if they didn’t. Haven’t they been through enough shit?
I should have listened to Liza when she suggested that I shouldn’t be wasting my time on this drama. I shouldn’t have have had any hope from this. It’s not too late, I guess. At least, Dil-e-Momin is moving towards a closure. This isn’t anywhere near it. Even if it is, I don’t effing care. I have seen shitty dramas, lots of them, but this one is the worst so far.
Over and out for Aye Musht-e-Khak.

HAHAHAHA mannn, you know ever since the sana javed controversy. I decided that i will not touch AMEK ever again. 1) i feel dua is like an alter ego of sana. she may think she is pious and righteous while her actions are completely contradictory. and 2) FK is hopeless in this. might say that both of this performances i give a -5/10 rating because it’s just . so. awful. to watch. im glad i stopped watching this eons ago and i just follow up on the story by reading your reviews and watching the teaser.

anyways, really dont pain yourself to review this shit piece of work. unless and i quote because you ”arent a quitter”, toh phir is majboori ki wajah se then, i have nothing to say hahaha.

also if you do plan to stop, i have a tiny suggestion hehe maybe you can replace AMEK with rang mahal on mon&tues ahaha it’s more entertaining than this piece of crap,, well at least 🙂
