Badzaat Episode 10 Written Update and Review

Narmeen is having a tough time dealing with the guests. Everyone is congratulating her, and she doesn’t like it.

I don’t understand why Biya is forced into this nikah. A girl’s consent matters in nikah. I’m paraphrasing, but once Prophet Mohammad sallallahu alaihi wasallam came to know about a girl who was married off without her will. Prophet Mohammad sallallahu alaihi wasallam asked the sahabi to end nikaah and let the sahabiya marry the man of her choice.

That’s Islam’s teachings. And this drama is based on a forced nikaah. It creeps me out. I’m not expecting an Islamic drama, but at least show some values, no?

In previous episode, a househelp had promised to help Biya out of her predicament. In this episode, she has called for a cab and all. Biya tries to escape, but… Wait, wait, wait… Daniyal spots her.  To say that he is pissed would be an understatement. And he takes out his anger the way desi men always do in dramas.

Yep, the unforgivable happens to Biya.

And I stop watching the episode.

I’m done with Badzaat. I don’t even care of I have drafted about 30 placeholder blog posts to review this drama. I will discard those posts but I’m not watching this.

No freaking way… I’m so mad, so mad at myself for choosing this drama. I should have binged something from the past, like ZGH or something.

Argh, my night is ruined.
